Aesthetic Provider Training & Mentorship

The JustGlo training program is for RNs, APRNs, Physicians and other practitioners with a current valid nursing or medical license. Due to the hands-on clinical portion, you must have a license in Pennsylvania or that is part of the compact state coalition.

Just GLO Institute holds a two day, instructor-led course (on a monthly basis) that provides you with the basic entry-level information needed to start your career in the aesthetic industry. The course includes lecture, a clinical practicum as well as the entrepreneurial business component. Post training you’ll receive a customizable mentorship with a senior Just GLO affiliate RN or NP to learn the business hands on!

Our mentorship program is best for those providers who have trained in the past but need more exposure, guidance or hands on time.

Days One & Two: Shadowing and Observation
During these shadow days, you’ll visit your mentor’s place of business to:
Observe advanced techniques and client consultations.
Gain exposure to dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other services.
Learn to document procedures using Just GLO’s exclusive EMR system
Familiarize yourself with our internal communication platform

Day Three: Hands-On Practice
You will inject your own models under the direct supervision of your mentor. This session ensures you have retained and mastered key concepts, allowing you to practice confidently and safely.

Optional Day Four
If additional practice is recommended or desired, an optional fourth day is available for an additional fee.
